Once you submit Data Research Request, a Resolution Manager will be assigned to your case. The Manager will research your case as quickly as possible and contact you with their findings. Every case is different, and the time required to resolve a case depends on many factors, including the response time of our verification source and current caseload. As soon as the research is complete, your assigned Manager will contact you.
