Receiving notifications for a car that's not mine

Customers that added a vehicle to their "Garage" from within the CARFAX Car Care app will receive reminders about the vehicle unless they remove the vehicle or update their notification settings. If you no longer own the vehicle, remove the vehicle from your "Garage":
 

On CARFAX Car Care site	Using an Android Device	Using iPhone or iPad
1. Log in to carfax.com/Service and  select "Edit Garage" 2. Click the red trash can on the vehicle you would like to remove 3. Click "Yes Delete" 4. Confirm removal by clicking "Yes Delete" again	1. Tap the three vertical dots next to the vehicle that you want to delete and choose "Delete" from the options 2. Confirm removal by clicking “Yes”	1. Tap "Edit"   2. A minus icon will appear to the left of each vehicle. Tap the minus icon to delete a specific vehicle from your garage

If you own the vehicle but prefer not to receive reminders for the vehicle, modify your notification settings:

Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the Car Care email and then follow the instructions   Your email address will be removed typically within 24 hours	Go into your Settings app and select “Sound and Notification” Select the Apps icon Select “Car Care” from the list and turn off notifications   Note: Some devices may not have the same menu or options	Go into Settings and select “Notifications” Select “Car Care” Specify the notifications you wish to receive and/or disable
